About Liz Spencer Petty

I have worked with the well-being of people for over 30 years, as a State Registered Nurse and latterly as a Holistic Therapist practicing the Bowen Technique, massage therapies and reflexology.

During my training I became aware of the human body’s capacity to self-heal if provided with the right catalyst and physical support.

Along with my work as a Soigneur for Professional and International Cycling Teams my depth of experience gives a sense of calm and trust within the consultation room where I now offer a range of therapies to help and enliven your body.
I keep up to date with current practice through regular supervision and training.

When I am not working you can usually find me on my bike somewhere in the Yorkshire Dales.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I studied with the European College of Bowen Studies and qualified in Bowen Technique in 2010.

I hold VCTC Diplomas in Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage over the period 1999-2001.

I was masseur/carer to the British Paralympic Cycling Team at the World Championships in Germany in 2002. I have worked as a Soigneur to professional cycling teams both at home and abroad.

    Prices quoted are for an hour session. For Indian Head Massage allow 45 minutes for initial treatment and 30 minutes for subsequent treatments. Subsequent treatments are £30.
